notes passed in class or letters from student to student are located here. use the owl post for things outside of hogwarts.

there are five main bulletin boards around hogwarts. there is one in each common room and there's a central bulletin board just outside the great hall. each board is littered with information. sometimes it's a notice for a hogsmeade weekend or a quidditch try-out. other times, there are ads looking for lost items or asking for help with a project.

welcome to hogwarts. this is the first floor you're greeted by. it is home to the great hall, the entrance hall, the grand staircase, and much more.

muggle studies, defense against the dark arts, and history of magic classrooms are in here, as well as the hospital wing.

not much in here except the library and a few washrooms, an extra classroom, possibly a secret passageway aswell...

One of Hogwarts' most beautiful features, the lake! Beware dangerous creatures though. I hear that the giant squid enjoys first-years for breakfast.

Stone fountains and statues galore. Come enjoy a quiet little courtyard in the company of your friends.

It's forbidden for a reason. I'd leave it alone if I were you.

Take a stroll in the sun. Or, make the trek to Herbology in the snow.

a massive span of grassy area where students can be spotted sloshing their way to herbology class or making their way toward the quidditch pitch.

A long bridge stretches over a crevice over the lake. Don't jump, I repeat, do not jump.

a sheepish and rather large school grounds keeper makes up his home here.

There are a few little vegetable gardens situated around the massive grounds of Hogwarts.

Welcome to the cobbled streets of Diagon Alley. For some, this is the first sight of the Wizarding World they may get.

Sub-boards: the magical menagerie, florean fortescue's ice cream shop, eeylop's owl emporium, madam malkin's robes for all occasions, quality quidditch supplies, flourish & blotts, ollivander's, gringotts wizarding bank, daily prophet headquarters, the leaky cauldron

More shady wizarding business goes down here. The shops in Knockturn Alley aren't exactly known for their upbeat customer service.

Godric's Hollow is a smaller wizarding community with muggles around it. A lot of wizarding families live here.

Sub-board: hogwarts grads party house

This is a quiet little home just outside of Hogsmeade where The Order of the Phoenix gather and make their headquarters.

Here lies Azkaban Prison, the island based prison guarded by dementors and housing criminals with very bad reputations.

The train station that leads to Hogwarts.

this is where students will say their hellos and goodbyes to hogwarts. also, it's where wizard commuters take the train in.

In the heart of London lies The Ministry of Magic.

Sub-boards: visitor's entrance, level one, level two, level three, level four, level five, level six, level seven, the atrium, level nine, level ten

Major magical accidents are healed here.

Little Hangleton is home to the Riddle Mansion. This is rumored to be where The Dark Lord does most of his dark deeds and resides.

There are many more wizarding neighborhoods and shops in the UK. Here you can visit all of them.
