level one of the ministry is where the minister and administrative staff work.

level two is the department of magical law enforcement. the most crowded place on this level is the auror offices. also found here is the misuse of muggle artifacts office and the wizengamot administration services.

level three is the department of magical accidents and catastrophes. divisions include the accidental magic reversal squad, the obliviator headquarters, and the muggle-worthy excuse committee.

level four is the location of the department for the regulation and control of magical creatures. there are beast, being, and spirit divisions. the goblin liaison office and pest advisory board can also be found here.

the department of international cooperation can be found here. divisions include the international confederation of wizards (british seats), the international magical office of law, and the international magical trading standards body.

level six contains the department of magical transportation. divisions include the apparition test center, broom regulatory control, floo network authority, and the portkey office.

level seven contains the department of magical games and sports. divisions include the british and irish quidditch league headquarters, the official gobstones club, and the ludicrous patents office.

a massive room consisting mostly of gilded fireplaces for busy ministry workers to use the floo network. there's also the fountain of magical brethren.

level nine is where the department of mysteries can be found. or rather, where it can't be found... the walls have been known to disappear randomly. no one really knows what the divisions include except for the people working in them.
