TABLE MADE BY SOCKMONKEY OF CAUTION 2.0.
[atrb=border,0,true] Archer King is kind of a massive child. He epitomizes all that which is nerdy, which is really quite sweet. He’s sort of arrogant and pretentious, particularly when someone is stoking his ego. He’s a world famous fiction writer of wizarding mysteries. He’s got a beautiful house in London. When he was quite young, he married a muggle woman and ended up having one daughter with her who Archer named Esther Isabelle King. Unfortunately, Esther’s mother died during childbirth and Archer was left alone to raise a child. Some might imagine that having to raise a little girl after the loss of his wife would make Archer a terrible father, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. He was hyper-attentive to Esther’s needs and remains to be so, to this day. The plot (which yes, is from the ABC show Castle) is based mostly around the relationship between Archer King and a brilliant auror named Priya Fay. Things start out with Priya arresting Archer because of a murder she thinks he might have committed. The murder is taken directly from Archer’s first published novel. He’s got a copycat killer out there. Priya quickly learns that Archer’s not the killer though. And when she does, he asks to help her solve the case. She reluctantly allows him to do so. And that starts off their tale. The situation stuck. He’s a brilliant help and works really well with Priya. And now, he’s come around to a second side of things. He’s been writing about all of their cases. He’s been using Priya as his muse and made her the main character of his next string of novels. He’s not shy to tell her about the fact that he’s writing about her either. Basically, they’ve got this really strong bond. They’re kind of in love with each other, but not ready to be together by any means. Archer spends most of his time flirting with Priya, courting her in a way. And Priya tries to stifle their attraction, although she can’t help but flirt right back. They should have amazing banter. Archer should, on some level, annoy the absolute crap out of her, but in a good way. And Priya is always telling him when he’s being annoying. I’m thinking, we can start at part way into their relationship as co-workers. He’s writing about her, she knows he is, etc. They’re really getting to know each other better. And, just recently, Archer let Priya meet his daughter so, there’s a weird dynamic between Priya and Esther right now. archer james king, writer face claim: nathan fillion. age: 41. daughter: esther king, daughter fc: molly quinn. |
