SO, THIS IS LUDO BAGMAN.
He's kind of your typical Hufflepuff. Friendly, charming, talkative... Everyone loves him, the ladies in particular.
He's also kind of a big deal.
Ludo's a fabulous beater, and has already been signed by the Wimbourne Wasps. His dad, and manager, brokered a deal that forced Ludo to come back to Hogwarts for his final year. Back up plan, blah blah blah, BORING. All Ludo wants to do is play quidditch. He's not all that interested in school, which is probably good because he's not particularly good at it.
Good old Ludo's a big talker, charming, and he's never come across a bet he wasn't willing to take. Gambler? Doesn't even begin to describe our Ludo.
His pureblooded family supports Dumbledore and the Ministry. His father's an auror who is intentionally staying neutral, mostly so he can pass information he catches on to actual Order members. It's a dangerous situation to be in, but Otto Sr. considers it worth the risk. Lucinda, Ludo's mother, won't join the Order so the family won't be placed under any sort of suspicion, allowing Otto Sr. to do his job.
Ludo?
Well, he just wants to play quidditch. His future is bright, and the furthest thing from his mind is this war.

vinnie & ludo so we already sort of discussed this, but vinnie and ludo would be the two guys you see walking down the corridors, ripping their shirts off, sweating from practice, and just kind of shootin' the shit with each other. they'll be great buddies, best of friends in fact...and that will all come to a crashing halt when they step onto that quidditch pitch come game day. on the field rivals, off the field best buds. life couldn't get any simpler for these two.
dorcas & ludo this will be an interesting one. same year, same house. both extremely attractive playbys, i think i smell a mini romance here. but hold the phone! dorcas doesn't trust anybody, not a single soul, and heres ludo ratting out the order in his not so bright but full of fame future. i think they'd make an interesting relationship. like a couple...but sort of not. because although dorcas may like him, physically, she's extremely on edge of his whole show. who can trust who? idk. but i think we could find something interesting for these two, what do you say?
ollie & ludo i think quidditch rivalries is a good fit here. ollie would generally be upset that ludo is such a good player but such a thick headed jock at times. of course all of her frustration at the male species would be seen on the pitch. same year though, i'd figure they'd bump into each other a lot and ollie in her pms stages...will probably just generally really not like him..not one bit.

OKAY. Kind of adore the mental image of Vinnie and Ludo wandering around school shirtless. WE NEED A THREAD OF THIS AT SOME POINT. Ollie and Ludo... I was considering making the McKinnons and Bagmans related! Since, you know, both pureblood families, and they’re all sort of related anyway. I was thinking Ludo’s mother could be a McKinnon, married a Bagman and BAM FIRST COUSINS. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK? Ludo is definitely pretty self absorbed though. Idiot did pass on info to a known death eater because he can’t pull his head out of his behind long enough to notice the world at large. Ludo’s all about his own happiness... Quidditch, then once he looks to retirement it will be getting himself into the Ministry, and of course gambling makes him happy and paying off his debts makes him unhappy... It doesn’t matter that his stupid actions means the Order lost a valuable ally in the goblins... Ludo’s happy! He’s probably just like, “I don’t know, Cousin Ollie’s uptight,” and smile charmingly and move on. Obviously it’s not a problem with him. Alright, and now for Ludo and Dorcas. I think the pair could be very interesting. Ludo’s pretty charming and nice and whatever, and I think he’d really want to draw Dorcas out of her shell and sort of make her see that the world at large is pretty awesome. But then... He’ll only be able to go so far. After a while, I think he’d find Dorcas too much work, and with the pressure of quidditch and keeping his grades up and everything else... I think he’d do something stupid and totally reset all the good will he’s built up with her. The constant, “Can I trust you? REALLY? Prove it!” undercurrent that I think would constantly be there in the background for them would just make him crack with the pressure, I think. I don’t know if he could really, truly be the person that she needs, but he would go in with good intentions and try his hardest... and unfortunately fail and, of course, hurt Dorcas in the process. That really makes me sad. Marlene and Ollie could beat him up for Dorcas!

I know right, that image is a very good image. And I think it should happen. I'll look for images of both of them shirtless, do a little blending, and bam, one sexy graphic. Haha. And I love the Mckinnon Bagman thing, it totally works. I think that would make her being angry with him more interesting. Like she is trying to hold him to a better standard because he's family..but she just gets so frustrated..but then..when it comes down to it..they are cousins. So it's like bittersweet.
Also, Dorcas can just be like whatever. Haha I have her but I barely roleplay with her so I'm just trying to push her into the cracks really. Uhm, I think a kind of off and on sort of relationship would be funny. Dorcas wouldn't trust him obviously, but yet she'd still kind of have this huge crush on him. I can see that happening...like almost fangirl, but more reserved, and so that's why she stays with him or tries to at least.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS GRAPHIC!
And, I really like this on and off thing. LIKE, they're that typical high school couple that are really wrong for each other, but they like each other so much that they try to make it work even when they'd be better off as friends. But you know, hardworking Hufflepuffs don't give up! They're in this pattern where Ludo screws up, feels bad, Dorcas is like, "I CLEARLY CAN NOT TRUST YOU, SERIOUSLY,", then Ludo tries to fix it, Dorcas is all, "I do really like you, let's try to make it work!" they're happy for a while, then they slip up again, go on a break for a few weeks, and then miss each other because they've got this pattern and try again?
Does that sound like Dorcas? If not, let me know! I'm open. (:
