holden humphrey avery
sixteen, sixth year, slytherin, demeaning, sarcastic, arrogant, full of himself, dark, mean, reckless, careless, cruel, party goer, card player, drinker, smoker, dancer, talker, quidditch player, keeper, mess maker.

holden is the kind of guy that younger students are afraid of. people hide from this guy so that they don't have to see him or talk to him. students move out of his way in the hall. he is extremely prejudiced and exclusive. he only makes friends with other slytherin guys. he thinks women are useless for anything other than cleaning, baking, and sex. he lives his life like one very long party where he's in charge and can ruin anyone's life with a single glare. he hates people, in general. he comes from a privileged, pureblood family. he's got an older sister who is the over-achieving type and he goes out of his way to make her look bad whenever he can. he doesn't take on many romantic interests outside of the sexist realms listed above. this guy should have a lot of enemies and fake friends. he should also have a kind of inner circle. according to canon, he's friends with guys like severus snape and other death eaters.

i'm willing to do a romantic plot, but it has to be pretty out of the box. he wouldn't date a gryffindor and he wouldn't date anyone below a 5th year (which isn't a problem since we don't have anyone below 5th year on the site right now, lol). i would also love to do some kind of plotting with any of the marauders. it would be a kind of hate quest. holden would have a passionate hatred for guys like sirius and james. i can see duels in the halls while professors aren't around. i can see messy, childish exchanges of insults. holden will stoop to any level. he has no limits or boundaries. that's just who he is.

ALASTRINA & HOLDEN

Well I think that Holden killing Alastrina is the obvious line of this plot, and I'm super excited for it. I think we can develop it a lot. Holden would be keeping up with the Cirque de Freya, popping in to get information as well as pass it along. Severus does this too but not to the extend of Avery. I don't think anyone except perhaps Bellatrix, is as strong of a death eater as Avery is right now and I can't kill myself so that's out haha. I can see Alastrina watching Holden as he comes in and out. She might bump into him a few times, a quick little annoyance on his path, but Alastrina would always have her wheels turning. Of course she's only ten, so she doesn't know what's going on just that something bad is. Kind of like the trio in the first movie...thinking Snape was the bad guy. Alastrina would be way to curious about what's happening that she gets in the way. I think we should have a battle scene at Hogwarts actually...one day the circus comes to perform in the great hall as like the last show of the season and then things go haywire. There's basically a duel between mainly professors like Philip who are in the order and the death eaters of the circus but I'm sure student order members and death eaters would understand what this means and join the fight...and tada...Holden shoots off a curse at Alastrina. This could be the killing curse or a string of hexes and she just gives out...that's up to you. But I think that would be a huge development for Holden. He'd know he killed her, probably trying to get after someone else though, but still...he'd know. Then comes up the whole issue of like how Hogwarts handles it afterwards. Are there funerals...do the order students suddenly know whose death eaters...do the professors kick out Avery and Bellatrix..all kinds of things. I'm not sure what our plan is for that, but it is sure to be so much fun.
