RITA!
I have so, so, so much to tell you! One of the Hufflepuff chasers got dragon pox and died or something, so Hufflepuff is down a keeper and a chaser for the match against Ravenclaw!
Ludo is going out of his mind! He spends every evening going around the common room and harassing everyone about joining the quidditch team. He says that being a keeper is so easy, anyone can do it! Look at the Ravenclaw team! I think he was paying you a compliment. Isn't that nice?
Anyway, he asked me this morning if I wanted to replace the chaser that's in St. Mungo's with fire breath or something! He said he didn't ask me before because he was saving the best for last. Isn't that nice?
Now we're quidditch rivals! Don't worry, you'll still be brilliant!

What did Ludo Bagman say about me again!? I..I...that hurts. Oh Gracie for once in your life could you try and listen to the way that people phrase their words! He was insulting me and my quidditch skills. OH SUE EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO BE A PART OF SOMETHING THEIR HOUSE DOES ONCE IN A WHILE!
You know, SORRY LUDOVIC THE AMAZING BAGMAN! Not like EVERYONE has skills on the pitch but that doesn't mean they should be denied the chance to enjoy the game. You tell him Gracie..you tell him that he isn't doing much better than Ravenclaw by asking anyone to join. I actually tried out and made the team!
Oh Gracie. Love. You know I'm never angry at you dear, just Hufflepuff in general sometimes.

I’m sorry! I really thought it was a compliment! But I was thinking about it and talking about it to Squid Ivan and I think it’s only a compliment when someone tells you that you make something look easy... Not when someone tells you that you’re easy, which I guess is what he said. Next time I see him I’m going to tell him how mean it is to call someone easy! But not that stuff about letting everyone join, okay? He didn’t ask everyone, he asked me!
I think it’s going to be so much fun! Even if you’re mad at Hufflepuff. I don’t see how you could be! We’ve got forts and everything!

Does Ivan think I'm easy? Oh Gracie, have I been pushed out of the gossip loop!? I used to be up on all of these things and now you know everything and I know nothing. I have to do something about this. This isn't right.

Don't be silly! Squid Ivan doesn't talk back because squids can't talk! He's just a great listener! And dives when he means 'no' and stays on the surface when he means 'yes'! I can ask him if he thinks you're easy the next time I go talk to him, okay?
You still know everything there is to know! Except the stuff that happens in the other common rooms I guess... And whatever the professors get up to in their staff room... And the prefects' lounge. But you know everything else!
